This week on the Binge, we covered Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets' 6th chapter: Gilderoy Lockhart. In this chapter Ron gets a howler. We learn about mandrakes. We meet a couple new characters that will be important to the plot and we have our first defense against the dark arts lesson with the new professor who proves to be an egotistical douchebag and is clearly incompetent.   We also shine a light (Lumos) on why Dumbledore let Lockhart teach at Hogwarts. We do some Divination foreshadowing, give/take house points, and callout the parts of the chapter that are utterly Riddikulus!
